As a member of our Street Team, you must be available on most Saturdays and Sundays, with occasional flexible hours on weekdays to participate in events. We’re looking for candidates with a friendly and energetic demeanour and physical fitness. Being technically inclined and able to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Excellent communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities, quick thinking, and adaptability to various situations are also key attributes we seek in successful candidates.

Job Duties:
- Organizing and dismantling events, which may involve handling heavy equipment such as tents and technical broadcasting gear.
- Operating station vehicles, including pickup trucks and large vans, with confidence and safety in mind.
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge about RED FM and representing the station brands professionally.
- Energizing and captivating crowds, garnering attention, and actively interacting with listeners.
- Conducting on-site contests and distributing promotional items (swag).
- Capturing photos during events and posting them on social media platforms.
- Adapting to work both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather conditions.
- Being flexible to work on weekends and evenings as events demand.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Dynamic and extroverted demeanour
- Demonstrated self-motivation, reliability, and punctuality
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in street-level promotions or customer service, showcasing adept problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges gracefully
- Independence and maturity to thrive in a self-directed work environment
- Proven track record of collaborative teamwork
- Eagerness to acquire technical expertise in broadcast setups
- Proficiency in utilizing various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Tik Tok
- Flexibility in schedule, with availability during weekends
- Possession of a valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License and a clean driving abstract
- Capability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
