Are Taxi Drivers Still Unhappy in BC?


B.C. government lowered the annual licence fee for taxi and limo operators during the coronavirus pandemic, but most taxi companies and taxi drivers are still unhappy, says Gurdip Sahota, the GM of Sunshine Cabs. The annual fee has been reduced to $50 per vehicle with a licence fee cap of $5,000. Harjinder Thind chats with him to find out the reason why the drivers and companies are unhappy.
