West Shore RCMP are investigating a counterfeit currency scheme involving three suspects who allegedly used U.S. fake bills to purchase merchandise from a local retailer on multiple occasions in December 2025 and January 2026, resulting in thousands of dollars in losses.
Suspect Descriptions:
Suspect 1: Male, light-skinned, 35–45, dark chin-strap beard, wearing dark pants and a dark reflective work jacket.
Suspect 2: Male, light-skinned, 35–45, short boxed dark beard, wearing a grey, orange, and black toque, tan zip-up fleece, green pants, and black flip-flops.
Suspect 3: Male, light-skinned, 25–35, chin-strap beard, wearing a black toque, blue windbreaker with yellow piping, light-colored shirt, grey joggers with black stripe, and black runners with white soles.
The suspects are linked to a black 2021–2026 Chrysler Grand Caravan with a partial BC license plate T1L*.
