The Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit of British Columbia (CFSEU-BC) has approved charges against two Vancouver men following a major investigation into a fentanyl and drug-trafficking network operating across the Lower Mainland.
The probe, launched in February 2024, led to the October 2024 arrests of Ashnil Bobby Singh (31) and Lenny Mauricio Umanzor (31) after raids at two residences uncovered over 3 kilograms of fentanyl, methamphetamine, cocaine, and cash.
Both men face multiple drug-trafficking and possession-for-trafficking charges. Warrants were issued, with Singh arrested on October 9, 2025, and Umanzor surrendering on October 15.
CFSEU-BC said the operation demonstrates its commitment to disrupting organized drug networks responsible for spreading toxic drugs and contributing to overdoses and violence in B.C.
