There has been a lot of ambiguity when it comes to Surrey’s upcoming hospital and whether there is money allotted for it in the budget or not. BC’s Finance Minister and Deputy Premier Hon. Carole James called Surrey’s name multiple times during her budget speech but the budget itself doesn’t have say whether there is dedicated money put aside for the hospital.
