Some pistachios sold in Surrey are being recalled due to possible salmonella contamination.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency states the products were sold at KabulVan Supermarket in Surrey between March 31 and August 13.
This recall follows a series of recalls of various brands of pistachios and pistachio-containing products in recent weeks due to salmonella concerns.
Since March, dozens of people have fallen ill across several provinces, including B.C., with at least 10 individuals hospitalized.
