The Surrey Police Service (SPS) and the RCMP’s Surrey Provincial Operations Support Unit (SPOSU) are alerting the public to a shooting incident that took place at a home in Surrey.

At around 3:05 a.m. on November 27, 2025, SPOSU officers responded to reports of gunshots at a residence in the 11200 block of 153A Street. When officers arrived, they confirmed the home had been hit by gunfire. No injuries were reported.

The SPOSU General Investigation Unit (GIU) has taken over the case. As the investigation is still in its early stages, officers are continuing to collect evidence and are coordinating with other police agencies to determine whether the incident is connected to any other files. At this time, investigators do not believe it is related to the ongoing extortion cases.
