Maple Ridge, British Columbia – In the early hours of Tuesday morning, multiple gunshots were fired at a residence in Maple Ridge, marking the second targeted shooting at the same property within three weeks. The latest incident occurred at approximately 2:20 AM in the 12400 block of 266th Street.
The house, which is currently listed for sale, belongs to a well-known individual closely associated with a famous Punjabi singer. No injuries were reported in the incident.
Ridge Meadows RCMP officers arrived at the scene shortly after receiving a report of shots fired. Police confirmed that there were no injuries and began canvassing the area for video surveillance and potential witnesses.
This is the second time the same home has come under gunfire. On May 30, 2025, at approximately 3:00 AM, Ridge Meadows RCMP responded to a similar report of shots fired at the same address. That incident also resulted in no injuries.
Investigations Underway
The Serious Crime Unit of Ridge Meadows RCMP is leading the investigation into both incidents. Authorities have stated that they believe both shootings were targeted.
“We are treating this as a serious and deliberate act,” said a police spokesperson. “We are pursuing all leads and taking the necessary steps to ensure public safety.”

Police are urging anyone with information, surveillance footage, or knowledge of suspicious activity in the area to come forward. Individuals who have not yet spoken with investigators are asked to contact Ridge Meadows RCMP at 604-463-6251.
