Mexican authorities have seized motorcycles worth an estimated $40 million as part of an ongoing investigation into alleged drug boss Ryan Wedding, according to the FBI.

The seizure was first announced by Mexican officials last week, and the FBI has now shared photos of the luxury bikes. Mexican authorities previously reported that 62 motorcycles, two vehicles, drugs including meth and marijuana, artwork, ammunition, and documents were taken during raids at four properties earlier this month.

The FBI said the operation was the result of joint efforts involving Mexican authorities, the FBI, the RCMP, and the Los Angeles Police Department.

Wedding — a former Canadian Olympic athlete accused of running a billion-dollar international drug network — is listed among the 10 most-wanted fugitives in the United States.

He is accused of ordering several murders tied to his alleged criminal organization, including at least four in Ontario and one in Colombia. U.S. officials say the victim in Colombia had been cooperating with investigators.

The search for Wedding began in 2015 after the RCMP charged him with importing cocaine while he was living in Montreal. He fled before being arrested, and authorities now believe the 44-year-old is hiding in Mexico under the protection of the Sinaloa Cartel. A reward of $15 million has been offered for information leading to his capture.
