Minister Kahlon criticizes Nutrien’s Washington pick over BC for potash terminal export

BC’s Minister of Jobs Ravi Kahlon expresses strong frustration after Saskatchewan-based Nutrien Ltd. chose Longview, Washington, over Vancouver or Prince Rupert for a proposed $1-billion potash export terminal. Minister Kahlon spoke with RED FM News Director Harjinder Thind and said that BC will continue to lobby Nutrien noting the company won’t make a final investment decision until 2027.
