A man has been arrested and charged following a daylight stabbing that left a man critically injured over the weekend.
The Surrey Police Service (SPS) says they are investigating after a 42-year-old man was charged in connection with the incident. The victim, who is in his early 40s, remains in critical condition in the hospital.
Police stated that the suspect was arrested nearby and has since been charged with one count of aggravated assault and one count of assault causing bodily harm. The suspect remains in custody and is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
