Prince George RCMP Frontline officers made a significant seizure of drugs, cash, and a firearm from a motel room during an unrelated investigation in late September.
The seizure occurred at a motel located on the 900-block of Victoria Street.
Prince George RCMP Media Relations Officer Corporal Jennifer Cooper provided details on the seized items: “In total, investigators seized approximately 100 grams combined of suspected fentanyl, methamphetamine, and crack cocaine, and over $40,000 in cash. A firearm was also located in the room and seized.”
During the course of the investigation, one man was arrested on multiple firearms offenses. Jason Matthew Ryan Farquhar, 35, is facing a number of criminal charges in connection with the seizure.
