Investigators with integrated homicide investigation team have identified human remains discovered in the water where Williams Road meets the Fraser River in Richmond. The remains have been confirmed to belong to 28-year-old Navdeep Kaur, who was reported missing in February. Corporal Sukhi Dhesi of IHIT stated that the information is being released in hopes that someone with knowledge about Kaur’s disappearance and homicide will come forward.
