RCMP unit investigates three reports of gunfire at Guildford house

December 31,2025

RED FM News Desk

RCMP officers have responded three times this month to reports of gunfire at the same home in Surrey’s Guildford neighbourhood, in the 11000 block of 140A Street.

The Surrey RCMP Provincial Operations Support Unit (SPOSU) investigated three separate incidents of shots fired at the residence:

December 7, 2025, at about 8:21 a.m.

December 27, 2025, at about 7:45 a.m.

December 28, 2025, at about 3:05 a.m.

Investigators believe the shootings were targeted at someone living in the home, but say they are not connected to extortion or the ongoing B.C. gang conflict.

In each case, officers responded to reports that shots were fired from a vehicle, striking different parts of the house. No injuries were reported, and no arrests have been made. The SPOSU General Investigation Unit is now leading the case.

Police are asking nearby residents to be alert for suspicious people or vehicles. Anyone with information, or with surveillance or dashcam footage from the listed dates and times, is asked to contact the Surrey Police Service non-emergency line at 604-599-0502, as it may help investigators.
