Authorities have arrested a man in connection with a series of thefts from vehicles in Tsawwassen.
Officials stated that on August 3, the Delta Police Department (DPD) received several reports of thefts from vehicles overnight.
They said that as a result of the quick response from patrol members and CCTV footage, a 32-year-old man with no fixed address was arrested. The man remains in custody on outstanding warrants and has been charged with theft under $5000, possession of stolen property, and breach of a probation order. Following the arrest, officers recovered over 50 items, including charging cables, sunglasses, and dash cameras.
