The Surrey Police Service (SPS) is appealing to the public for witnesses to come forward regarding a fatal traffic collision that occurred on July 1.
Police officers stated that on July 1, at approximately 4:10 p.m., SPS responded to reports of a motor vehicle collision at 120 Street and 97 Avenue. One of the drivers involved in the crash later died from their injuries.
SPS officials have become aware of social media posts containing videos of the collision from potential witnesses. The SPS is urging those witnesses to come forward and speak with investigators.
Anyone with information, including dash cam or CCTV footage, is asked to call the Surrey Police Service’s non-emergency number.
