Three people are dead following a series of incidents at a home in Maple Ridge on Wednesday night.
The Independent Investigations Office of BC (IIO) reports that they received information indicating two individuals had already died by the time RCMP officers arrived at the scene.
A third person died from what the IIO describes as an apparent self-inflicted wound.
Images shared on social media show a significant police presence along 238 Street at 119B Avenue.
